Do you want to end the subscription of the Apple services which you have been paying since then or just want to cancel your free trial before it ends? It’s quite simple and easy to do.

Most people want to try out Apple services when they first join the Apple ecosystem. Luckily Apple provides three months of trial to most of its services. Everything will be good when the user opts in for the services but the real problem or headache occurs when the user forgets to cancel the subscriptions when they don’t really want to pay for the services to continue.

Once the trial period ends, Apple will start charging for its services and it continues until the subscription is canceled. Fortunately, unsubscribing is pretty simple and easy to do.

Cancel Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad:

To cancel your subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, follow the steps below

  1. Go to the Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Here, you will be displayed with all your current subscriptions. Choose the one you want to end and tap it.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscriptions (or Cancel Free Trail).
  5. Finally, tap Confirm to end the subscription (However, if you want to keep some subscriptions but end the Apple one, tap Choose Individual Services).

If you don’t see any subscriptions, it means that the subscription is already ended and you won’t be charged.

  4. Under Manage, next to the Subscriptions, click Manage.
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel and click Edit next to it.
  6. Click Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t see any subscriptions, it means that the subscription is already ended and you won’t be charged.

To cancel your subscriptions on a Mac running earlier than Mac OS Catalina, follow the steps below

  1. Go to iTunes and Click My account.
  2. Click View My Account and Sign in with your Apple ID (If asked).
  3. Click View Account.

Cancel your subscriptions on Apple Watch:

To cancel your subscriptions on Apple Watch, follow the steps below

  1. Go to the App Store on your apple watch
  2. Scroll all the way to the Account and Tap it
  3. Tap Subscriptions and select the Subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you don’t have an Apple device, you can use a PC to cancel the subscriptions by using the iTunes method. If you tried all the methods above but still haven’t seen any subscriptions means that you don’t currently have any active subscriptions and need not worry about getting charged.

The active subscriptions list also includes all the apps from the app store and in a rare case, some apps might be missing. In that situation, you can head over to the app and look for an option to cancel the subscription.

Moreover, if you want to cancel an Apple TV subscription, you can do it right from your Apple TV.
